         public hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Corte  
         at 1:39 pm.

         the rules of the subcommittee.  Representative Elkins seconded the motion.

         Nays:          None (0). 
          
         Present not Voting:      None (0). 
          
         Absent:        None (0).
