         Budgeting met in a public hearing and was called to order by  
         the Chair, Representative Cuellar  at 1:35 pm.

         Testimony was taken see attached witness list. 
          
         Testimony was taken on customer satisfaction surveys. 
          
         Testimony was taken on the Activity Based Costing pilot. 
          
         Testimony was taken on Driver License Renewal. 
          
         Testimony was taken on Performance Rewards and Penalties. 
          
         Testimony was taken on the PBB survey results. 
          
         At 5:20 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
