In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB462 ( Relating 
to the residency requirement for admission into the public schools 
of a school district.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB462-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. 
The bill would permit out-of-district students to enroll in 
a district of residence of a parent with joint custody.
