Amend CSSB 436 as follows:
      On page 2, line 17, add a new subsection (g) and reletter the
subsequent subsections appropriately.  The new subsection (g) shall
read as follows:
      (g)  The fee shall be subject to approval by the
commissioners court in a public meeting.
