Amend CSSB 436 as follows:
      On page 2, line 17, add a new subsection (f) and reletter the
subsequent subsections appropriately.  The new subsection (f) shall
read as follows:
      (f)  If a county charges a fee under this section, a notice
shall be posted in the county clerk's office.  The notice shall be
posted in a conspicuous place and shall state the amount of the fee
in the following form:  "THE COUNTY CLERK AND COMMISSIONERS COURT
OF ___________ COUNTY HAS DETERMINED THAT IN ADDITION TO A RECORDS
MANAGEMENT FEE OF $_______, A RECORDS ARCHIVE FEE OF $_______ IS
NEEDED TO PRESERVE AND RESTORE COUNTY RECORDS."
